At GoProductBoxes, we are committed to delivering premium-quality custom packaging tailored to your brand. Please review our return and refund policy carefully:


1. Before Digital Mockup Approval

  • If you cancel before the design digital mockup is created, you will receive a 60% refund of your total payment.

2. After Digital Mockup Approval

  • If you cancel after the digital mockup has been shared, you will receive a 50% refund of your total payment.

3. Damaged Products

  • If your product is delivered damaged, you are entitled to:
    • A 40% refund, OR
    • A replacement product at no additional cost.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage, including packaging and product.
  • The item must be in its original condition and unused (except for the reported damage).
  • The request must be sent to our official email with order details and proof of damage.

Custom Products Are Non-Returnable

  • All our products are custom-made specifically for your brand, therefore, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once production is complete, except for cases of damage as per our policy.

No Refund After Production & Shipping

  • Once your order is fully produced and shipped, no refund will be issued, except in the case of damaged products as mentioned above.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
